PinPoint Alert — emergency notifications
A mobile app that warns about emergencies such as floods, based on the user’s GPS position.
The challenge
In an emergency, time and place are everything. A warning has to reach the people inside the affected area.
What we built
A mobile app with an emergency-events system: notifications about hazards such as floods, tied to the area and the user’s GPS position.
Scope
Mobile app, events system, GPS location.
